Where is my order?
Can I cancel / change my order?
Cancellation requests are honored within a two-hour window from the time of order placement. Once this period elapses, orders enter the production phase and cannot be canceled or modified. To cancel an order, kindly reach out to us via email hello@klasika.in or through WhatsApp at +91-9310507969.
Will I recieve order confirmation?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please check spam/promotion folder of your email if it's not in your main folder.
Is all the art on the website prints or paintings?
At present we only sell wall art prints, these would not be paintings
rather a high quality print of the art created by our designers &
artists.
Where are all your products manufactured?

What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
PROCESSING TIMES:
Unframed/Rolled Art: Ships Within 2 - 3 Days
Gallery Wrap & Framed Art: Ships Within 3 - 4 Days
SHIPPING TIMES:
Shipping times typically range from 3 to 6 days after your order has been processed.

What are the shipping charges on my order?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
How do you pack my order?
We employ rigorous measures to guarantee the safe and secure packaging of your order, ensuring it arrives in impeccable condition.
For Rolled Art:
Our Unframed/Rolled art undergoes a meticulous process. It is initially rolled between two sheets of protective art tissue paper and then enveloped in butter paper. Finally, the art is carefully rolled into our branded mailer tubes.
For Framed Art:
Our framed art is meticulously prepared for shipment. It is first wrapped in a protective film and then encased in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Subsequently, the artwork is placed in a flat corrugated box filled with protective material to prevent any movement during transportation.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I cancel / change my order?

What if I recieve wrong or damaged product?
A lot of care and strenuous checking goes into each order. But due to circumstances out of our control sometimes the order gets damaged during shipping.
If you have received a wrong/defective product then please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the product.

- For the return to be authorized, the order should be in the same
condition as when you received it including the original packaging.
- When sending us communication about the return please include the below information
i) Subject Title - Return / exchange
ii) Reason for return
iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order.
iv) Please include any photo documentation with your request as visual aid to back up your claim.
- Please note that we accept returns within 48 hours of you receiving your order. After 48 hours we will be unable to process your request for
return.
- We will accept returns/exchanges only
if you have received the wrong product or if there is a defect in the quality of your product.
- Once you have returned the item back to us we will refund the money of the product you paid.
ABOUT OUR FRAMES
What are the different frame options?
We offer various framing options:
- Gallery wrap
- Black, white or wooden frame come with 0.5 or 1inch moulding depending on the frame size.
What does gallery wrap mean?
Gallery wrap is an option that is only available for canvas. It refers to a method of stretching and displaying a canvas print, where the canvas is stretched and wrapped around the sides of a wooden frame. This technique eliminates the need for a traditional frame and allows the artwork to extend around the edges of the stretcher frame, creating a visually appealing three-dimensional presentation.
Does it come with glass?
Photo paper comes framed with acrylic but Canvas being a fabric material comes without acrylic*.
*Acrylic - Acrylic is lighter than glass and is also more durable, which makes it ideal for framing.
Can I directly hang the art?
All our framed art comes ready to hang, which means they come
with hooks on the back board. So once you receive the framed art it will be ready to hang.
Please Note - When you select no frame / rolled art then the art will NOT be ready to hang and will come rolled in our tubes.
CARING FOR YOUR ART
How do I unpack the art?
ROLLED PRINTS: Upon receiving your prints in our tubes, gently unpack them, avoiding contact with the printed area (consider using the corners and the back of the print). Place the prints on a flat surface, allowing them to naturally smooth out and address any small creases from shipping.
FRAMED PRINTS: We take every precaution to safeguard your prints during transport. When you receive the framed prints, carefully unpack them, following the care instructions card provided in the box to ensure proper handling and maintenance.
How to increase the longevity of my art?
DO NOT TOUCH THE PRINTED AREA
Avoid touching any part of the page that has been printed on whenever possible. If handling is necessary, consider using gloves to prevent smudging and creases.
CONSIDER THE ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOUR PRINT RESIDES
The surroundings of your print significantly influence its protection.
LIGHT
Ensure your art is shielded from direct sunlight, especially south-facing light, as prolonged exposure may result in yellowing (Note: Laminated/framed prints are exempt from this concern).
HUMIDITY
Maintain a relative humidity between 35 and 55%. Excessive humidity can lead to mold or insect damage, while low humidity may cause the paper to become brittle.
TEMPERATURE
Store prints in a cool environment, avoiding areas prone to extreme heat or cold, such as near radiators or air-conditioners. Elevated temperatures and moisture can accelerate deterioration, promoting mold growth and insect activity.
POLLUTION
Protect your print from dust, dirt, and pollutants for optimal preservation. Light dust can be gently brushed away with a clean, dry cloth.
