• Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Klasika.

Refund or Replacement:

• Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the damage or discrepancy, we will either issue a refund to the original payment method or send a replacement, according to your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items that are not damaged or incorrect are not eligible for return.

Cancellations:

• If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
