2. The images represent the actual products though the color of the image and product may slightly differ. The finish of frames using natural wood may look slightly different than pictured.
3. Material: You can choose between different print mediums ( Art Paper or Canvas).
4. Framing: You can choose between different framing options i.e. Black Frame, White Frame, Wooden Finnish or Gallery Wrapped.

Note:-

• Photo Paper with Black, white or wooden frame will come with acrylic glass whereas canvas with Black, white or wooden frame will come with no glass.

Our order processing involves thorough quality checks, taking 3-5 business days. Once processed, your items are promptly dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking link via your registered email, providing the exact delivery date.

Please note that transit times vary based on location and pin-code serviceability. Allow up to 7-10 days after processing for delivery. While we strive to dispatch your prints promptly, transit times are beyond our control as we rely on third-party logistics partners (such as FedEx, Delhivery, etc.).

Considerable care and diligence are dedicated to the meticulous preparation and secure delivery of your artwork. It's important to note that each piece is crafted to order, initiating the creative process once your order is placed. Consequently, we extend returns or refunds only in special cases (please refer to the details below for further information).

Cancellation:

However if you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we will go ahead and start processing your order. 

Return / Refund:

If by chance you happen to receive a damaged product please contact us via email: hello@klasika.in or whatsapp within 48 hours and we will initiate a refund/exchange*.

*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:

- Proof of damage

- Order Number
